etymology
Middle English: from Old French camomille, from late Latin chamomilla, from Greek khamaimēlon ‘earth-apple’ (because of the apple-like smell of its flowers). Chamomile is derived from the Greek words chamos (ground) in reference to its low-growing characteristics and melos (apple), in reference to the apple scent of fresh chamomile blossoms. The German name, Matricaria, comes from the Latin matrix, meaning womb, because it was used historically to treat disorders of the female reproductive system.

Those needing Cham. are abnormally sensitive to ailments or pain. The pain feels unbearable and they respond with irritability and anger.Their complaints will be hostile, accusing and vehement. Anger or coffee/tea may also trigger pain.
Also used for respiratory tract infections and skin dis-orders like contact dermatitis. With anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. As well, digestive system for pretty much any gastrointestinal conditions, wind tissue state. Which - environmentally perked up today and causing some effect on the activities we had planned around the house. So a little chamomile frequency sprayed onto the area doesn't go astray...
Two two species commonly used to make tea is matricaria recutita and anthemis nobilis. Or simply, German chamomile and Roman chamomile respectively. Calamative teas are probably the most popular use of chamomile, actually I have some in a sleep time mix in the cupboard right now - with lemon balm, valerian and lavender. For all-day use, use chamomile on it's own as its calming properties are mild and won't cause sleepiness.
Some preliminary studies suggest that a chamomile dietary supplement might be helpful for generalized anxiety disorder.
Some research has found that products containing certain combinations of herbs that include chamomile may be of benefit for upset stomach, for diarrhea in children, and for infants with colic. But chamomile alone has not been shown to be helpful for these conditions.
And also just a friendly reminder that absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Though, including 'evidence-based' information it does help some human minds wrt structure and reputability.... not going there right now and the insides of peer-reviewed articles etc :P
This particular plant has been used medicinally for thousands of years, if not longer. The ancient Egyptians called it the 'herb of the sun'.

Chamomile flowers carry the symbolic meaning of rest, peace, poise, calmness. The flower is also a sign of renewal and rebirth in many cultures due to its ability to bloom for long periods and resist wear from foot traffic.
During the 19th century, chamomile was seen as a symbol of “energy during adversity,” or the idea of keeping up even though times may be difficult.
When it comes to floral symbolism, chamomile represents "may all your dreams and wishes come true." This magical flower is a symbol of rest and relaxation.
And, as well - always a good one - it is used to bring in wealth, specifically money. I'll be upfront and say while wealth can be MANY MANY other things other than money, in this instance, it is a money attractor! Which I have been for sure working on my newest relationship with money on this current stage I am in. Of which had some positive shifts this week and see a clear path potential being laid in front of me.
In calling in more purifying for the land at the moment, it's no surprise that this has come forth - as well as purification it is also a protective and sunny herb that removes curses and spells so upping the frequency of that projection from above projecting the chamomile frequency in my local area will be extremely beneficial for us and Earth Mother. Oh just had a great idea to make little, probably resin dried flower discs to grid with.
